Request Account and Data Deletion
Submit a request to permanently delete your KaissIO account and erase associated personal identifiers in accordance with Google Play data safety policies.
Data Deletion & Retention Disclosures
- Personal Data Erased: Your email address, encrypted password, OAuth credentials, active authentication sessions, and UI preferences will be permanently wiped.
- Store & Business Records Retained: Historical sales, inventory adjustments, and expense entries belong to the store entity for legal, tax, and commercial accounting. These remain securely stored for the store owner with your name replaced by an anonymized "Former User" tag.
- Store Owners: If you own stores with active team members, you must remove members in the app or contact support before deletion can proceed. Solo stores will be archived.
Important Google Play Subscription Notice:
Deleting your KaissIO account does
not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To stop recurring charges, please manage or cancel your subscription in the
Google Play Store Subscriptions Center.
Account Successfully Deleted
Your KaissIO account has been deactivated and all personal identifiers have been erased. A confirmation has been sent to your email.
